01.10.2026 Work location: Thun Court Clerk -- Diverse legal tasks including minute-taking at a court of first instance The Regionalgericht Oberland represents the court of first instance for civil and criminal jurisdiction in the Thun / Oberland area and employs approx. 50 people at the secretariat, court clerk, and presidency levels, as well as 4 apprentices. As of 1 October 2026, we are looking for a court clerk. Your tasks <br /> • carry out legal investigations • support judges in trial preparation • minute-taking in legally demanding hearings in criminal and civil proceedings • independent drafting of judicial reasoning • preparation of written decisions <br /> Your profile <br /> • University degree in law with a bar attorney patent • independent and reliable way of working • high resilience, flexibility, impeccable reputation • ability to work in a team and high motivation to perform • high quality awareness and ability to set priorities • Good MS Office skills <br /> We offer you <br /> • independent, varied, challenging and exciting activity approximately half in civil and criminal law • working in a helpful, cheerful and well-coordinated team • independent way of working • employment conditions according to cantonal guidelines <br /> Contact Curious?
