Systems Engineer TIC (DevSecOps)

Berne (and home office) | 80-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute to • Establish, configure and manage SAFe schemes • Handle complex cases related to access management or exceptions (e.g. breakglass procedures, escalations, root cause analyses) and ensure coordination with operations, security and application managers • Accompany the IT integration (onboarding) of new systems and applications into the PAM solution • Plan and carry out periodic reviews/corrections of SAFe authorizations • Develop and monitor operating files (runbooks), standards and IT controls; provide active support during audits and security reviews • Coach stakeholders (operations teams, application managers) and share knowledge within the team <br /> What makes you unique • HES/bachelor's degree in engineering, with a focus on computer science and communication systems or equivalent training • Several years of practical experience in the IAM (Identity and Access Management) or PAM (Privileged Access Management) field with responsibilities related to compliance and operations in critical environments • Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured way, make decisions based on this and manage stakeholders • Good understanding of AD/LDAP and Windows/Linux (Red Hat), including group structures/Tiering models in the context of privileged access • Experience with CyberArk administration (operations/error analysis) or willingness to train/certify in this area • Unwavering integrity and rigor in handling highly sensitive information and special administrative rights <br /> In a few words In this position, you will work on platforms that are not only technically exciting but also have to meet very high security requirements in the military environment.
