The Izakaya Nozomi in the Hotel Barabas brings traditional Japanese cuisine directly to Luzern and reveals a culinary tradition that has been hidden in our city so far. No sushi, but everything else that comes to the table in the land of the rising sun. Fresh, puristic and incredibly elegant in terms of taste, we take our guests directly to Tokyo, Osaka or Kyoto. The restaurant has 60 seats and is open 6 days a week, both at lunchtime and in the evenings.
