To strengthen our manufacturing teams, we are building up a long-term employee pool. You will support us in assembly – depending on capacity requirements in various production areas and shift models. Today initially in a temporary assignment – tomorrow perhaps already permanently employed in the team, depending on demand/suitability. At Trafag, this is not a cliché, but lived practice. What you get up for in the morning: Assembly and final assembly of electromechanical components, sensor assemblies and devices Checking and testing (leak detection, insulation test, high voltage test, intermediate and final inspection) Calibration and adjustment of sensor assemblies and devices (incl. cold and warm adjustment) Mechanical and electronic connection techniques (laser welding, bonding, soldering, crimping) Handling of production equipment (loading/unloading of climate ovens, calibration systems) Documentation and quality assurance (error recording, SAP lists, certificates, labels, nameplates) What we want from you: Technical understanding and manual dexterity Experience in the assembly of small devices or electronic components is an advantage Basic knowledge of using computers Good German skills in speaking and writing You are reliable, punctual and work precisely Willingness to work in a cleanroom And very importantly: You like to roll up your sleeves and are flexible! To work in our manufacturing, good physical fitness is a prerequisite, as you often perform your work standing up. Whether early bird or night owl – depending on the area of application, we offer suitable shift models: • Day shift (Mo–Sa) • 2-shift operation (Mo – Sa early shift 05:40–14:30, late shift 14:15–23:00) • 3-shift operation (additionally night shift Su–Fr 22:40–06:00) → Working time is 40 hours per week.
