Program Manager - Cybersecurity & Data Protection The role: Within a division dedicated to information security, data protection, and compliance, you will manage a portfolio of strategic programs and projects aimed at strengthening governance, risk management, and compliance with requirements; you will ensure coordination between business, IT, and management stakeholders to guarantee the achievement of strategic objectives, the monitoring of investments, and value creation through the programs under your responsibility. Responsibilities: Program and project portfolio management Define and structure strategic programs related to information security, compliance, and data protection. Manage a portfolio of projects by ensuring the monitoring of deadlines, budgets, resources, risks, quality, and deliverables. Maintain a consolidated view of the portfolio in order to identify impacts, dependencies, and necessary trade-offs. Define and monitor performance indicators and management dashboards. Governance and coordination Lead governance bodies and steering committees. Ensure coordination between business teams, technical teams, and executive sponsors. Produce reports intended for various stakeholders. Promote program management best practices and contribute to their continuous improvement. Security, compliance, and risk management Support the implementation of information security governance initiatives. Ensure the integration of data protection requirements and regulatory compliance into projects. Identify, assess, and monitor risks related to programs and projects. Contribute to the evolution of management methods, tools, and processes. Communication and change management support Ensure clear and adapted communication with management, managers, and operational teams. Promote the results and benefits of the programs. Support organizational transformations and the adoption of associated changes. What we are looking for: Education Higher degree (Master's or equivalent) in project management, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management. Proven experience in managing strategic programs or complex project portfolios. Significant experience in the fields of information security, risk management, or compliance. Key skills Excellent mastery of program management and project portfolio management. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and information security governance. Good knowledge of regulations and standards related to data protection and information security. Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills with stakeholders at all levels. Mastery of project and program management methods, tools, and processes.
