QA Supervisor Your Role: Manage, support, and develop a team of QA Specialists. Coordinate QA Support site activities. Supervise Product Quality Reviews (PQR) and batch record reviews. Lead the qualification of suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure the coordination of Material Management and quality systems (DMS, LMS, SAP Master Data). Conduct continuous quality system improvement projects. Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and health authority inspections. Train employees on GMP requirements in your area of expertise. Assume the role of back-up for the Head of Quality Assurance in their absence, particularly for product release activities and critical quality decisions. Your Profile: University degree in chemistry, pharmacy, or equivalent scientific discipline Proven experience in Quality Assurance in a GMP-controlled pharmaceutical environment - demonstrated technical expertise In-depth knowledge of GMP standards and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements Successful first experience in team management or strong leadership potential Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities Good level of English required jpidd6dd3e6jm jit0627jm jiy26jm
