Deployment Coordinator in Intervention

This is what you can achieve. • You quickly and targetedly alert intervention resources and personnel to event locations throughout Switzerland. • You schedule the resources to ensure high and rapid deployment availability. • You establish and lead command conversations with a situational overview. • You implement the alerting of SBB's emergency and crisis management teams. • You monitor the intervention situation nationwide and take measures in case of deviations. This is what you bring. • You are characterized by high reliability, flexibility, and pronounced communication skills. • You have a high level of resilience. In exceptional situations, you keep an overview and act in a targeted and solution-oriented manner, bringing in your networked thinking. • You have great motivation and ideally already have experience in the areas of rail operations, fire department, and control center or dispatch. • You are willing to work in a three-shift system (7x24) in Bern. • You enjoy working with modern IT systems (e.g. ELS Avanti, RCS-ALEA, Microsoft 365) and are proficient in them. • Ideally, you have knowledge of three national languages (d/f/i).
