Your mission: • Conduct a diagnostic of the existing situation • Build the internal communication strategy and its action plan • Define the internal visual identity of the department • Create and produce premium supports • Deploy tools and methods • Accompany internal teams • Ensure editorial and graphic consistency Your Profile • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication, 7 to 10 years of experience in internal communication expected • Experience in luxury IMPERATIVE, ideally acquired in watchmaking • Solid project management skills • Recognized mastery of visual creation using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, Photoshop/Illustrator • Ability to produce clear, attractive, and aligned content • Autonomy, creativity, rigor, and advisory skills • You speak French and English fluently AVENUE DE RHODANIE 60 2500 Bienne
