YOUR AREA OF IMPACT • Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team. <br /> YOUR TASKS Our NotfallZentrum is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. The ultimate goal is holistic, competent, safe, and expeditious medical care as well as nursing care for our emergency patients. To this end, we have top-modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities. • Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process • Independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor • Recognition and mastery of emergency situations as well as initiation of adequate measures • Responsibility for correct patient documentation and transfer of information in the assigned area of responsibility <br /> REQUIRED EDUCATION <br /> • Training as a certified nursing specialist HF/ FH or equivalent training with corresponding SRK recognition • IMC training is an advantage <br /> PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE <br /> • At least 2 years of professional experience in an acute care hospital and/or experience in an emergency station <br /> OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE <br /> • Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent • Good German skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate) • Good IT user knowledge • High social competence as well as strong empathy • Teamwork skills and the ability to instruct employees <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, an inter- and multiprofessional working, well-coordinated team awaits you.
