As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times. Your tasks: Management and monitoring of preventive and reactive maintenance of building installations (notably HVAC) for our mandate Responsibility for maintaining the required climatic conditions in the production area (temperature, humidity, pressure) Programming, commissioning of controllers in FBD, CFC, ST language Maintenance of BMS servers (kepware, SQL, Archestra) Processing of tickets and daily work reports Participation in projects in the field of MCR (measurement, control, regulation) / adB and implementation of defined actions Proposal and implementation of modifications and improvements Management of subcontractors Participation in the on-call service Your profile: Training in building technology, regulation, instrumentation (ES Technician in automation, BTS) Good knowledge in technical building management Knowledge of Beckhoff controllers, Aveva supervision (Wonderware) and communication protocols (modbus, ASi bus, MP-bus, DALI, profibus), would be an asset Proficiency in French (C1) and English level B1, an asset Comfort with IT tools and good mastery of excel Good resistance to stress and sense of organization, team spirit Flexibility and strong customer orientation Ready for us?
