Menu design: Participation in the creation of new, seasonal dishes and specialty menus. Quality assurance: Ensuring consistently high quality, freshness and presentation of all dishes. Inventory management: Professional storage of Asian ingredients and assistance with inventory. Hygiene: Strict adherence to HACCP guidelines and cleanliness in the workplace. Your profile – What you bring: Professional experience: Proven, multi-year experience as a chef in authentic Chinese cuisine (specialty kitchen). Technical knowledge: In-depth understanding of traditional cooking techniques (in particular wok handling) and Asian ingredients. Working method: You are resilient, keep a clear head even in hectic service times, and work cleanly and structured. Team spirit: Reliability, flexibility and joy in working in a team. Language skills: Good communication in the kitchen team (German and/or English skills, Chinese skills an advantage).
