We are looking for an experienced profile, comfortable in demanding environments, close to operations, with autonomy and a real overall vision of financial matters. Your responsibilities Attached to the Management, you are in charge of the entire accounting function: • Complete management of general, auxiliary and analytical accounting, • Realization of monthly, quarterly and annual closings, • Establishment of financial statements according to Swiss standards, • Supervision of treasury and monitoring of financial flows, • Preparation of tax returns (VAT, taxes) and management of relations with authorities, • Coordination with auditors and external partners (fiduciary), • Optimization of accounting processes and tools, • Occasional intervention in salary management (bases and controls), • Participation in IT projects related to finance and management of the structure (ERP, digitalization). Your profile • Higher education in accounting/finance (Federal certificate, Expert diploma), • Confirmed experience (8-10 years minimum) in a similar role, ideally in the service sector, • Perfect mastery of Swiss accounting standards, • Very operational, autonomous and rigorous profile, • Basic knowledge of salary management, • Mastery of computer tools and financial systems, • Excellent relational qualities, sense of diplomacy and discretion, • Mastery of French, professional English required. #LI-EP1 #LI-Hybrid
