Responsibilities • Perform technical diagnostics on the regulation part. • Ensure the startup and regulate balance wheels with flat hairsprings and Breguet hairsprings, guaranteeing an optimal level of quality while respecting assembly and control processes. • Guarantee the compliance of finishing functions. • Ensure the aesthetic, technical, and dimensional control of the regulation part in order to meet our quality standards. Profile sought • CFC as Watchmaker Rhabilleur or equivalent • From 5 years of experience in the rhabillage of high-end horological products. • Mastery of regulation operations is imperative. • Excellent sense of analysis, rigor, and precision. • Ability to work in a pair, cooperation and mutual aid. • Ease in communicating constructively and ability to question oneself.
