As an ASSC, you ensure the services that are delegated to you while respecting the accompaniment objectives of each resident. In addition, you participate in the development and monitoring of the accompaniment project. You work in tandem with nurses and in interdisciplinarity with the various teams in a global vision. Your profile You have the CFC of ASSC or a certification deemed equivalent and have experience in the field of at least 2 years. Apart from an obvious interest in the elderly, you appreciate teamwork and favor interdisciplinarity. You have good communication, listening skills and a sense of initiative. You demonstrate autonomy, and good time and priority management. You are comfortable with usual computer tools and have knowledge of the Carefolio software.
