• 21 juillet 2026 • 80 - 100% • Durée indéterminée • Carouge GE As part of our development, we wish to strengthen our teams and are recruiting for a start as soon as possible a Pension Manager Your profile: • You benefit from a first experience in the field of Individual and Occupational Pension in Switzerland and you hold the AFA; • You demonstrate excellent customer sense and know how to manage the specificities of a varied portfolio; • You master the usual IT tools and those related to our profession (Outlook, Office, EcoHub-); • You are autonomous, dynamic, you like to learn and work in a team, you have a sharp sense of confidentiality; • Native French speaker (excellent levels of language and writing), you have a good level of English (B2). Your missions: Individual Pension ### • Prepare and follow up on request for offers with our insurance partners; • Ensure the administrative follow-up of client files; • Control the documents received and ensure their compliance; • Manage exchanges with insurance companies and clients; • Participate in the processing of new business and the follow-up of the portfolio. Occupational Pension (LPP) ### • Ensure the day-to-day management of the corporate portfolio; • Perform the announcements of entries, exits and modifications of employees; • Manage salary and administrative changes; • Prepare and transmit statements and documents to clients; • Ensure the follow-up of requests with pension institutions; • Participate in the proper maintenance and updating of files.
