For a limited deployment of three months from 01.08.2026 or by agreement, the Education Social Institutions and Sports department, Prevention unit, Children's and Youth Work is looking for you as Temporary Support for Open Children's and Youth Work (60%)## This is what you can achieve with us • Support for open children's and youth work in the Kehrsatz and Schliern areas (co-management of the youth center, implementation of theme-specific activities and projects, etc.) • Encourage, accompany, and actively involve children and young people in the area of leisure activities • Supportive work in interventions in public spaces as needed • Sensitize and support children and young people, and triage if needed • Maintain cooperation with schools, neighborhood organizations, churches, specialist and administrative offices • Active cross-regional exchange and coordination within the open children's and youth work team This is how you can inspire us • Diploma in Socio-Cultural Animation, Social Pedagogy, Social Work, or equivalent training • Several years of professional experience in open children's and youth work • Ability to quickly build trusting and professional relationships with children and young people • Teamwork, resilience, and assertiveness as needed • Willingness to work on Friday evenings and occasionally on weekends This is what you can expect from us • Appreciative, collegial cooperation and a good working atmosphere • Reconciliation of work and private life: annual working hours, part-time work, care days, and home office depending on the function • Generous vacation regulations: at least 26 vacation days, additional age-related vacation days, 41-hour week, and the possibility of taking one or two unpaid weeks off • Competence-based development opportunities and individual training and further education Have we sparked your interest?
