Deputy Team Lead Intralogistics - Late Shift Do you want to take on responsibility when our logistics are running at full speed? In the late shift of intralogistics, as Deputy Team Lead, you and your team will ensure that the picking areas in our logistics center are reliably supplied. In doing so, you control processes, actively pitch in, and together with your team, make a difference every evening. Important notes: Late shift: 17:30 - 02:30 What you move Operational control: You lead your team through the late shift into the night and ensure smooth logistics operations - from the cooled temperature zones Fresh and Cold to demand-oriented support for other logistics areas. Leadership & Development: You lead your team technically in daily operations, promote the further development of employees, and support the Team Lead in leadership tasks. Compliance with standards: You ensure that quality, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP, Migros-QM) are consistently maintained and lead by example. Communication & Collaboration: You ensure the flow of information and, if necessary, selectively bring topics from the team to the responsible departments. Process optimization: You recognize potential for improvement, contribute your ideas, and support the further development of our processes and workflows. What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Specialization: Logistics Professional experience: 3+ years Logistics / Leadership Experience in logistics: Several years of professional experience including a degree in logistics or the production environment. Leadership competence: You bring initial experience in the technical leadership of teams and know how to motivate and develop employees. Organizational skills: You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even with high workloads, and set the right priorities. Working hours: You are prepared to work permanently in our late shift from 17:30 to 02:30. Communication strength: You communicate clearly, enjoy working across departments, and ensure a collaborative relationship based on trust. IT knowledge: You work confidently with MS Office and ideally bring experience with warehouse management or ERP systems.
