Your field of activity ### • You are the central contact person for investigators, sponsors, Clinical Research Organisations, authorities, laboratories and the Schweizer Kinderkrebsregister (SKKR) • You take over the preparation and accompaniment of Pre-Study Visits, initiations, monitoring visits, audits and Swissmedic inspections • You are responsible for the organization and participation in internal training sessions on study protocols and archive and manage the investigator files • You provide administrative support and create documentation within the framework of conducting clinical studies Your experience ### • You have completed training in the medical field, for example as a Medical Documentalist, nursing professional or Medical Practice Assistant (MPA), ideally with knowledge of medical terminology • You are characterized by an independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working and have a high IT affinity as well as sound knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • You are a flexible and team-oriented personality, approach changes openly and contribute with commitment in a dynamic working environment • Ideally, you have an ICH-GCP basic course certificate or are willing to acquire it after starting the position Your perspectives ### • A wide range of tasks with a lot of independence awaits you in the pediatric oncology center of Central Switzerland • We offer you timely employment conditions as well as individually coordinated training and further education opportunities • Your working hours are regular and thus easy to plan • You benefit from a great deal of existing know-how of the largest central hospital in Switzerland
