September Job description Stärneland is a private daycare center which opened its doors for the little "Stärne" for the first time in 2013. Within five years, Stärneland grew from one group to four. Our care offering consists of two mixed-age groups from 18 months up to kindergarten, one after-school care group (kindergarten to 6th primary grade) and an infant group for children aged 3 months to 24 months. We are looking for a motivated and cheerful after-school care employee  80% as of 1. September. The position can also be divided among several people with different workloads. Your tasks are: - Co-leading the after-school care group - Accompanying and promoting the children - Building up new structures - Organization and administration - Parental work   Requirements and expectations of you: - Experience in after-school care - Completed training FaBe K - Experience in training apprentices - High professional and social competence - Strong sense of responsibility - Active involvement in group life as well as teamwork - Good self-reflection - Innovative and committed way of working   We offer you: - 5 weeks holiday - A friendly and familiar working atmosphere - Large, independent scope for design - A young and motivated team - Further training opportunities - Good infrastructure   Should you feel addressed by our position and are interested?
