We are looking for you! Healthcare Specialist EFZ Workload: 50% - 80% To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and responsible Healthcare Specialist EFZ to start immediately. In this role, you will care for and support our customers in their familiar homes and, with your professional competence and commitment, contribute significantly to their quality of life. Healthcare Specialist EFZ Your tasks • Professional care and support of our customers at home • Implementation of treatment nursing measures according to medical prescription • Recognition of changes in health status as well as initiation of necessary measures • Observation of health status and passing on relevant information • Promotion of the customers' independence • Readiness to work in shift service as well as on weekends • Seamless and correct nursing documentation • Shared responsibility for high quality of care • Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists Your profile • Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in outpatient care or long-term care • Independent, responsible, and team-oriented way of working • Analytical thinking and quick comprehension • Good IT user skills • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • Enjoyment of administrative and organizational activities • Driving license category B required We offer • A varied activity with direct customer contact • An appreciative and collegial working environment • Flexible work assignments with consideration for personal life situations • Fair employment conditions and attractive social benefits • At least 5 weeks of vacation • Careful introduction and support by the team • Long-term perspective in a growing working environment Would you like to become part of our Spitex team?
