Your activities
Support the academic and pedagogical development of the Master AI CIVIS in support of the Unil teaching staff
Coordinate the participation of Unil faculties in the program, in compliance with internal regulations and the legal framework in force
Plan the activities of the governance bodies (Programme Board) and ensure their smooth functioning, in coordination with CIVIS partners
Lead the preparation and formalization of consortium agreements relating to the Master AI CIVIS
Your profile
University education at master's level
Additional training in project management and/or network animation, a plus
Successful professional experience in the academic environment, if possible with an international dimension (3 years)
Experience in the design and implementation of transnational training projects (3 years)
Perfect command of French, spoken/written and excellent knowledge of English (C1)
Knowledge of the Swiss and European academic landscape, understanding of its challenges, good knowledge of UNIL
Social skills: sense of diplomacy, ease in contacts, open-mindedness, flexibility and ability to find solutions, sense of initiative
Conceptual and technical skills: creativity, ease in writing, analytical mind, planning and organizational skills
