Your tasks Coordination of all logistical processes between logistics as well as internal and external contact persons Receipt and processing of incoming goods as well as shipping orders Ensuring timely, complete and correct shipping preparation Organization and execution of physical shipping, including: Labeling Final packaging Shipping documentation Proactive collaboration and support in cross-functional logistics projects and teams Ensuring a smooth flow of materials and information Your profile Completed commercial, logistical or CPT vocational training with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) Ideally 2–3 years of professional experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry Sound practical knowledge in SAP WM and SAP MM Strong communication skills as well as an independent and reliable way of working High flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team Good English skills in spoken and written form Structured, careful and solution-oriented way of working
