Minimum qualifications: ### • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5 years of experience in program management. • Experience with software development lifecycles and related tools such as bug trackers, software repositories, and code testing frameworks. Preferred qualifications: ### • Experience in driving organizational change, including the development of new frameworks, processes, and standards for security engineering. • Experience in evaluating the security posture of AI/ML systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic workflows, and threat modeling for AI applications. • Experience building dashboards and utilizing data-driven insights to measure security efficacy. • Ability to understand engineering fundamentals and system architecture. • Exceptional communication skills including experience communicating with executive stakeholders at director or VP level. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Responsibilities ### • Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale, complex security programs, influencing strategy and driving high-impact results across multiple quarters. • Negotiate and align priorities with executive stakeholders across engineering, product, and research, resolving conflicting goals and driving organizational consensus. • Partner with technical leads to translate high-level security objectives into actionable technical roadmaps and project plans. Regularly communicate program status, risks, and impact to stakeholders and leadership, fostering transparency and trust. • Monitor program health using data-driven metrics, proactively identifying roadblocks, and driving resolution to ensure adherence to milestones and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)/Service Level Objectives (SLOs). • Identify opportunities to streamline engineering workflows, automate manual tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
