Its mission is to guarantee the quality and safety of care within the establishment. In this capacity, the Direction des soins has oversight of all care activities (nurses and various health professional bodies). To fulfill its mission, it relies on three areas of expertise: quality, sustainability and digital innovation; clinical expertise and professional practices; management and transformation. Dietitian – 80% You ensure the hospital and outpatient care of female and male patients followed in acute care in the medicine and surgery sectors, guaranteeing an attentive, structured approach adapted to individual needs. You also ensure specific nutritional care both in acute care and for chronic diseases. You contribute to the harmonization of care practices, ensuring compliance with recommendations issued by expert societies and actively participating in the continuous improvement of the quality of care. You collaborate closely with the specialized multidisciplinary team and take part in clinical and functional colloquiums, in order to support a coordinated and coherent approach around the patients. You ensure, when necessary, the replacement of colleagues in other acute care units, guaranteeing the continuity and quality of services. Finally, you contribute actively to the training of students and health professionals. Qualifications You hold a degree in dietetics HES or a title deemed equivalent (Red Cross recognition), and you master the IT tools necessary for the exercise of your activity. You have an excellent command of English. You master indirect calorimetry measures as well as bioimpedance techniques for the evaluation of body composition. You possess a good knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques, allowing you to effectively support patients in their behavior changes. You have already provided care to adult female and male patients in acute care situations in medicine, surgery or in chronic disease situations such as obesity, diabetes or cardiovascular pathologies. You demonstrate solid skills in working in a team, arguing and negotiating in an interprofessional environment. You demonstrate ease in communication and a capacity to integrate quickly into a new team. Your reflective attitude, your intellectual and professional curiosity as well as your autonomy in time management and organization complete your profile.
