Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagoge 90-100% Leader of one of our residential groups for children ## The Pädagogisches Zentrum Pestalozzihaus (PZP) offers around 85 students with special needs a school place, partly in combination with a residential place. The PZP has two locations. In the Tagessonderschule Baltenswil, students are taught at primary and secondary levels. At the Räterschen location, in addition to a special school at secondary and primary levels, there are five residential groups for around 36 children and adolescents. In our pedagogical attitude, we align ourselves with the method of New Authority and the solution-oriented approach. We are a learning institution that is developing and has high standards for the quality of work in order to professionally promote and accompany the children and adolescents. Interesting tasks await you: ### • Personnel management and development of a manageable team (5 social educators, 1 social educator in training) • Planning the team's work assignments • Responsibility for the developmental planning of the children in the residential group in cooperation with the residential group team and the school • Cooperation with the other residential groups, the school, and the management team • Participation in the further development of the PZP • Care, support, and promotion of children with special needs • Co-organization of and participation in excursions, projects, and camps • Cooperation with parents and authorities Your profile ### • You have a completed, recognized training in Social Work FH, Social Pedagogy FH or HF • You have training as a team leader or bring the willingness to complete such • You are ready for flexible work assignments (weekend and on-call services, camps) • You enjoy working with children • You are resilient, a team player, and work in a resource-oriented manner • You like to take on responsibility and are committed to interdisciplinary cooperation Our offer ### • a responsible task with design possibilities • cooperation with a motivated, committed team • regular exchange with the institutional management and a professional team • a networked working environment towards the outside and inside • further training opportunities • employment according to cantonal specifications
