The company has approx. 300 employees throughout Switzerland. HR Business Partner ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Responsible for a predefined sub-area of the company • Contact person for the area in all HR matters • Participation and support in personnel acquisition and recruitment • Personnel development and talent management • Personnel administration from A-Z, data maintenance in the system • Advertisement management as well as various tasks in personnel marketing • HR projects Qualifications & Competencies • Completed commercial training • Further training as HR specialist • Min. 5 years of professional experience in HR and/or in recruitment • Very good understanding of numbers, logical thinking ability • Trustworthy, loyal and discreet • Conscientious, independent and detail-oriented • Proactive and winning personality • Languages: German and English • Very good MS Office skills are required Opportunities & Perspectives A versatile set of tasks with exciting projects and development opportunities as well as a motivated and open-minded team awaits you.
