Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality. Supervise the teams on site and ensure smooth communication between the different stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.). Monitor the progress of the work and ensure compliance with the applicable safety standards. Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the construction sites, including invoicing and budget monitoring. You bring A degree in construction management or equivalent training. Proven experience in construction management (minimum 5 years) and in the construction industry. Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously. Good experience in TCE. Entrepreneurial spirit and team spirit. Knowledge of applicable norms and regulations. Rigor, organization, flexibility.
