Your tasks
The legal department handles the legal affairs of the ZHdK, notably legislation, legal advice, litigation, appeal and disciplinary procedures, legal issues in human resources, contract management, coordination and drafting of consultations, participation in projects, valuation of rights, creation of legal entities.
It provides services for all areas of the school and collaborates closely with internal and external bodies. The legal areas concern notably university, administrative, personnel, contract and intellectual property law.
Your profile
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person with professional experience, preferably in administration or a law firm. You are accustomed to approaching complex legal issues systematically and are ready to familiarize yourself with new legal areas. Furthermore, you have a strong affinity for the cultural sector as well as for the field of education.
You possess a university degree in law (lic. iur. or master) - the bar exam is an advantage. In addition, you have in-depth knowledge of administrative and contract law - knowledge of university, IT and public procurement law is desirable.
