At the reception, you create the first impression – friendly, professional and service-oriented. What to expect You greet and care for customers, guests and visitors in a professional manner and ensure excellent service. You ensure a smooth reception operation, process phone calls and e-mails, and coordinate incoming requests. You take on administrative tasks such as mail processing, ordering, ticket management, data maintenance, and management of badges and parking spaces. You coordinate meetings and events, support catering events, and work closely with internal interfaces such as IT, facility management, and housekeeping. You take responsibility for access and security management and support organizational tasks around the site. What you bring Completed commercial training or training in the service/hotel sector and professional experience in a comparable function. Very good German language skills and good English and Swiss German language skills in word and writing. Sound MS Office skills and a structured, independent way of working. Distinct service orientation, organizational talent, team spirit, and pleasure in dealing with people. Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work about 1-2 holiday shifts per year.
