Zollikofen, Schweiz (and Homeoffice) | 80-100% This is your contribution • Ensure smooth SAP operation of the SAP Solution Manager as well as standard processes and be responsible for the associated services • Be co-responsible for the administration and further development of the ALM processes and systems of the Federal Administration • Actively support the planning and implementation of various SAP migration projects as well as change and release changes • Also support the team outside of normal working hours and undertake on-call duties (7x24) <br /> This makes you unique • Proven several years of technical experience regarding the SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and preferably knowledge in Focused Build • Sound know-how as an SAP Consultant with the SAP Solution Manager and applicative knowledge with IT Service Management applications (incident and change management) • Open, flexible personality with a reliable way of working; interested in passing on knowledge and experience • Enjoyment of new SAP technologies as well as readiness to work on new topics and work according to agile methodologies • Good knowledge of a second official language as well as English <br /> In a nutshell The SAP Solution Manager is the central system of an SAP system landscape and the SAP Solution Management Team of the BIT is the central contact point for the cross-sectional services of the SAP Solution Manager.
