As an addition to our controlling team in Bubendorf/BL, we are looking for a Senior CAPEX Project Controller (a), 100% immediately. Your tasks: • Monitoring and reporting of project progress in terms of schedule, resources and costs as well as creation of regular cash forecasts • Ensuring financial compliance and consistently enforcing Bachem standards and processes • Proactive notification of deviations while adhering to the escalation stages • Identifying cost potentials and actively supporting the areas in implementation • Monitoring and coordinating the approval process for project budgets and purchase requests, preparing project activations • Contact person for all financial topics, coordination and responsibility for the change management process, coordination and support of payments to suppliers • Active participation in the optimization of project management processes and tools Your profile: • Completed degree in business engineering, business administration or comparable training, further education in finance / controlling • At least three years of experience in project controlling, preferably in large projects • Teamwork, as well as confident appearance towards stakeholders • Distinct communication and enforcement skills, hands-on mentality and independent, structured work • Distinct motivation and endurance in complex tasks and challenges • Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking • Microsoft Office, in particular very good Excel skills • Experience in handling SAP and BI systems Our offer: • A dynamic and strongly growing work environment with internal development opportunities • Employee promotion through numerous internal and external training opportunities • 60% takeover of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as possibility for over-obligatory provision with our choice savings plan • Access to benefit platforms with discounts from external partners • Fresh, healthy and varied food in our staff restaurant • Varied free sports activities on the Bachem campus Do you want to live and drive innovation with us?
