How you will make a difference… Disciplinary leadership of goods receipt and forwarding with 6-8 employees Ensuring goods receipt processes as well as demand-oriented material provision for production Coordination and processing of outbound logistics including ready-for-shipment preparation and packaging Steering and monitoring inventory levels Leading the daily Shopfloor Meeting Level 1 and reporting to the Head of Operations Project management for the transformation of internal logistics with transparent structures, responsibilities, and processes Local implementation of the global WMS standard in SAP S/4 Hana and EWM What you bring with you… Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics, or a comparable qualification with proven practical experience, ideally in a production environment Proven leadership experience (>3 years) as well as the ability to motivate, develop your team, and lead through change processes Sound SAP knowledge (WM-LE, EWM) and experience in the implementation of SAP WM or EWM Knowledge in the field of project and Lean Management, IPMA certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing What do we offer?
