For our client, a well-known Swiss traditional company in the food industry, we are looking for motivated reinforcement for the ongoing production. In this versatile role, you will assist at various plants and ensure the smooth process in the manufacturing of high-quality foodstuffs Operations Employee Food Production 40% Activities: • You load the production lines for Alu- and Plätzli products, carry out processing, and keep an eye on both the machines and the product quality. • You take over the re- and new packaging in the repack sector, which includes regular assignments in a cooled environment at freezing temperatures (warm clothing required). • You carefully sort and pack the end products, effortlessly mastering repetitive manual tasks even above shoulder height. • You continuously lift light to medium loads in the range of 2 to 7 kg and perform your work predominantly standing up. Qualifications • You have already had contact points in food production. • You master the German language at a solid language level of at least A2, preferably B1. • You possess a resilient musculoskeletal system that is free from shoulder or back complaints, to easily withstand the physical requirements. • You are characterized by strong reliability and commitment and are willing to work temporarily until the end of 2026. • You show unrestricted readiness to work in the flexible 3-shift model between Monday and Saturday. Key Data: • You start with an employment degree of approximately 40%, which can be further expanded by agreement. • You will be thoroughly trained in your new working environment and work in a dynamic team. • You work in the 3-shift model from Monday-Saturday.
