Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Successfully carry out real estate sales with the support of external partners • Implement adjustments to surface right annuities with the housing cooperatives of the Confederation's personnel, partly accompanied by the negotiation of a new surface right contract • Ensure the technical management and development of a real estate management team <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Higher education in the real estate field (e.g. real estate administrator with federal diploma, or a title deemed equivalent) • Ability to negotiate, capacity to assert oneself and entrepreneurial spirit • Competence in technical management and ability to assume responsibilities • Great autonomy, flexibility, team spirit, open-mindedness, commitment and dynamism • Good active knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a few words In this key position, you will not only conduct negotiations, but you will also shape their results.
