ServiceNow Solution Architect 80-100% Your role In an interdisciplinary team of ServiceNow specialists, you accompany our customers holistically in the introduction, further development, and integration of the ServiceNow platform. Your focus is on technical solution architecture with a clear focus on consulting. Analysis of business processes, requirements, and target images of our customers as well as transfer into viable ServiceNow solution architectures Technical and conceptual consulting of our customers across all project phases - from the idea to the design to the implementation Design of end-to-end solutions with ServiceNow as Enterprise Service Management and integration platform Conception and control of integrations between ServiceNow and peripheral systems (e.g. ERP, IAM, monitoring, specialist applications) Close collaboration with specialist and solution consultants as a technical sparring partner as well as support in architecture and design decisions Ensuring best practices in terms of scalability, maintainability, and governance within the ServiceNow platform Active participation in workshops, reviews, and technical decision-making processes with the customer Your profile You are an experienced ServiceNow professional with a strong technical background and at the same time convince as a consultant and architect in direct customer contact.
