Designed to foster intergenerational links, l-EMS is surrounded by a residence of protected housing, a Centre de vie enfantine and two colleges. YOU POSSESS • A Bachelor HES in nursing or a nurse diploma, CRS recognized. • A certificate in local management or equivalent. • Experience in geriatrics. • The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate and/or Accompagnateur en psychiatrie de l'âge avancé (FAP), an asset. • Strong autonomy and a capacity for decision-making. • Proactivity, a spirit of initiative and an orientation towards solutions. • Good communication and listening skills.   YOUR OBJECTIVES • Guarantee the smooth running of a geriatrics unit of 28 beds. • Lead the operational management of the service and coordinate services in connection with the resident's support. • Ensure the managerial management of the team in place. • Guarantee the quality of care provided according to the institutional reference frameworks. • Manage the flow of residents in collaboration with the responsible physician and the clinical expert of the Department. • Ensure the application of business processes in compliance with our quality system. • Organize and supervise the teaching and training activities of staff, students and trainees. • Ensure the relational quality with the residents and their family caregivers.   WE ARE • An institution comprising acute care and rehabilitation establishments, a private clinic, EMS, medical centers and permanent clinics distributed in the La Côte region as well as the 1st clinical hypnosis school dedicated to the care environment in French-speaking Switzerland. • A care network allowing many opportunities for internal transfer according to the aspirations and development projects of the employees. • More than 2000 employees taking care of patients and residents of the region, sharing values of Responsibility, Proximity, Humanity, Competence, in an agile environment promoting the realization of projects. • A training company committed to training the next generation, counting approximately 80 apprentices in 16 different trades, 200 HES-ES trainees and nearly 300 doctors in training.
