With the operation "Eingliederungsmassnahmen intern" (EMi), we carry out professional and integrative measures within IG Arbeit on behalf of the assigning authorities. Our clients are accompanied individually by trained specialists from psychology and social work during their professional (re-)entry. This includes regular evaluations in the form of work-related assessments and assessments of performance and integration capabilities. These basic work skills as well as profession-specific skills are expanded through job training or education.
