You advise customers competently on the entire simatec product range and process technical inquiries as well as complaints and repairs independently – from analysis to finding a solution. In addition, you create and update training documents and conduct internal as well as external product training. Another focus lies in performing product and application tests. You support the sales team during customer visits and trade fairs, maintain relevant data in the CRM system and create quality evaluations. Furthermore, you actively contribute improvement suggestions and participate in the continuous optimization of our processes. Your profile For this demanding position, you have a basic technical training, which you have supplemented with further commercial training. You bring experience in the consultation and sale of technical industrial products and are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and action.
