In order to complete our team in Renens, we are looking for a: Plastering-painting technician at 100 % Your challenge: Prospection of new clients and acquisition of new mandates. Preparation of quotes, tenders, invoices, requests for down payments. Management of workers, planning and ordering of materials Site monitoring, work control and quality management Calculations and controls of site profitability Your profile: You hold a CFC in building painting, a diploma as a painting team leader. A federal brevet as a painting foreman as well as a federal master's certificate. You have good knowledge of the construction and real estate world in Vaud. You have a strong orientation towards clients, quality and results as well as a good presentation. You have been working as a technician in finishing works for more than 3 years. The notion of profitability is a priority for you You are able to work in a team and independently You are a fine negotiator, you know how to listen, convince and establish a relationship of trust with your clients and partners. You have social ease, interpersonal skills, you are dynamic, autonomous and pro-active You have good IT knowledge and are able to manage the administrative part of your work.
