October 2026 Job description For one of our after-school care groups, we are looking for a Group Leader (Specialist in Childcare) as a maternity cover (substitution) as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, workload 90 %. Your tasks include: Guide, lead and develop a team of 4 employees Plan, manage, and further develop pedagogical work Organize and perform care and educational work, plan and organize parental work Perform administrative tasks Work in the management team, group leaders, and management of school-supplementary care Develop concepts, check their implementation, plan and conduct meetings Collaboration with the school team, the school administration, and the Social Work specialist department We expect: Completed training as a Specialist in Childcare (Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung) or an equivalent, recognized pedagogical training in Switzerland Leadership experience, ideally with completed leadership training Good German language skills, written and spoken Motivation and joy in working with children, in the after-school care team and the school team Willingness to bear responsibility, resilience, independence and assertiveness, teamwork, networked thinking and careful working We offer: Responsible activity as a group leader and as a member of the six-person management team Collaboration with a highly motivated team as well as support from the after-school care management Progressive, developing after-school care (with socio-pedagogical specialist support) Attractive employment conditions according to cantonal guidelines A multicultural, appreciative working environment, a beautiful, modern, bright workplace Interested?
