Guided by a vision of an open, inclusive, sustainable, and accessible city for all, it brings together several services: the built heritage directorate, the service of l-aménagement, du génie civil et de la mobilité, the service of l-énergie, and the service of l-urbanisme. The department also benefits from the support of specialized units, namely the information and communication unit, the finances, projects, administration and public construction markets unit, the architectural heritage conservation unit, as well as the land operations unit. Relying on collaboration, transparency, and dialogue with the population and its partners, the DACM implements the Plan directeur communal 2040 and meets environmental challenges in the service of quality of life. To complete its team, the Presidency of the department is looking for a Project Manager "year of the mayor" auxiliary 80% - 100% Your mission and responsibilities • Coordinate and/or lead the implementation of projects developed within the framework of the year of the mayor. • Pilot and/or coordinate the implementation of certain large interdepartmental events or manifestations, upon request. • Prepare and coordinate specific files by providing expertise and developing content, upon request. Your profile • Higher education in a field related to the mission of the position. • Certifying training in project management. • 3-5 years of experience in managing cross-functional projects. • Proven experience in stakeholder coordination, facilitation of working groups, and event organization. • Experience in the deployment of a strategy, a master plan, or a transformation program is an asset. • Excellent understanding of the institutions and the Genevan socio-economic fabric. • Excellent interpersonal skills, being proactive, demonstrating rigor and organization, working autonomously and in a team on several files in parallel, demonstrating ease in public relations as well as in oral communication. • Analytical and synthesis skills, ability to write with ease, communicate effectively, master standard IT tools and use social networks, collaborative tools, and project management tools professionally. • Perfect mastery of French orally and in writing.
