Your tasks: • Leadership of an internal INFRA team (Plant Engineers) • Ensuring reliable and GMP-compliant operation of all infrastructure and supply systems • Planning and implementation of maintenance, repair, and optimization measures • Coordination and control of external service providers • Responsibility for:   • * Maintenance strategies and plans • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Continuous improvement of plant availability and system performance   • Close collaboration with: • Production and production planning (ensuring availability) • QA/QE (GMP compliance, audits, deviations, CAPAs) • HSE (safety and environmental requirements)   • Support and control of: • Qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) • Effectiveness checks and technical assessments • CAPEX projects in the INFRA area   Responsibilities • Ensuring plant availability and operational safety • Ensuring GMP compliance of all INFRA systems in the assigned area of responsibility • Definition and implementation of standards (SOPs, maintenance strategies, systems) • Escalation and handling of: • Critical malfunctions • Deviations • Compliance-relevant topics   Leadership responsibility • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the INFRA team • Development of employees (Technicians & Engineers) • Control of external partners and service providers •  Building and further developing a powerful 24/7 operating model   Collaboration & Consulting • Close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, QE, Production, and external partners • Consulting of specialist departments and project teams on compliance and governance issues • Training and sensitization of employees on compliance and GMP topics   Your profile: Requirements   • Technical education (FH/ETH/HTL or equivalent) • Several years of experience in operating GMP-relevant plants and utilities • Experience in leadership, ideally in shift operation • In-depth knowledge of: • GMP / pharmaceutical environment • Maintenance and reliability • Qualification / validation • High communication and coordination skills Language skills • Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking   IT skills   • Secure handling of MS-Office; knowledge of QM or document management systems is an advantage • SAP knowledge is an advantage   Competencies   • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work approach • Strong communication and consulting skills • Confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders     Our offer: • A dynamic and strongly growing work environment with internal development and training opportunities • Flexible working hours with possibility for home office and option to take additional vacation days with reduced working hours • Company-internal kindergarten on the Bachem Campus Bubendorf • 60% takeover of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as the possibility for over-obligatory provision with our choice savings plan • Access to benefit platforms with discounts from external partners • Fresh, healthy, and varied food in our staff restaurant • Diverse free sports activities on the Bachem Campus   Would you like to drive innovations forward with us?
