Equipment Operator for Molding 100% What you can expect: • Setting up and monitoring injection molding systems, robots, and post-processing systems • Ensuring smooth and high-quality production • Carrying out sampling, homologations, and process optimizations • Planning and controlling production orders (deadlines under control, output in focus) • Guiding, supporting, and supervising employees in the molding department • Documenting and analyzing production parameters and malfunctions What you should bring: • Mandatory degree as a plastics technologist with experience in MIM/CIM or extensive practice as a setup technician in injection molding (or comparable function) • Technical understanding of injection molding systems, machines, robots, and system and process management • Quality awareness, initiative, and focus on continuous optimization • Willingness to take responsibility and share knowledge • Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation (06.00-22.00) • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking What we offer: • Exciting and varied position in an internationally active environment • Attractive remuneration package including flexible working hours, modern workplace, individual development prospects • Taking over 60% of the pension fund and many other benefits
