Customer Advisor - Call center (100%) # Company description ## We are looking for, for one of our clients, active in the banking sector and based in Lausanne, for Customer Advisor - Call center (100%) Job description ## for a long-term temporary mission As a customer advisor, you will be in charge of: • Answering incoming calls from customers • Advising and redirecting customers regarding the company's products • Examining each request with the objective of providing an appropriate solution • Writing written correspondence • Ensuring high-quality service delivery Profile sought ## • You have a commercial training • You possess experience in the banking field in Switzerland and/or a Call Center in Switzerland • You perfectly master French (level C2-C1), you have good knowledge of German or Italian (level B2-C1), the three national languages would be a huge asset! • You are comfortable with standard IT tools • You are endowed with a very strong customer orientation and a good sense of initiative • An extract from the criminal record and an extract from the debt enforcement register will be required for this mission Are you interested and do you match the profile?
