Robot Operator / Programmer Welding Robot (m/w/d) 100% Tasks: • Programming and setting up of welding robots (Cloos) • Operating, equipping and monitoring the robot system in ongoing operation • Optimizing welding parameters and production processes • Quality control of weld seams as well as documentation of results • Maintenance and care of the system • Collaboration with the locksmith's shop and other production areas • Working according to technical drawings and specifications Requirements: • Completed training as a metal builder EFZ, locksmith EFZ or comparable training • Several years of experience in programming and operating welding robots, preferably Cloos • Very good knowledge of MAG/MIG welding of steel and/or aluminum • Experience in reading and implementing technical drawings • Independent, reliable and precise way of working • High level of quality awareness and technical understanding • Team-oriented and resilient personality
