Participate in continuous improvement and sustainability projects. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and technical requirements. What characterizes you. Higher technical education (CFC, federal diploma, ES, engineering, or FM training with proven technical skills). 5 to 10 years of experience in managing FM mandates or contracts, with a strong technical and team management component. Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, CMMS, FM platforms). Excellent command of the French language.
