Head of Logistics and Central Services 80-100% Your role in the company You are responsible for the daily operations of our company in the areas of production, purchasing, central logistics and service services, as well as the entire IT. In the area of production and logistics, you and a motivated team bear responsibility for the operational and strategic management of the entire supply and production chain, from the purchase of watch components to the picking and shipping of the finished watch products. Together with the Production Manager, you ensure the flawless quality of our products and their conformity with the relevant regulations. IT is not a foreign word to you. Together with our management, you share responsibility for the operation of our IT infrastructure, the ERP systems, as well as the EDI interfaces and develop IT concepts together with our IT service providers. Your profile You have organizational talent and see yourself as an all-rounder. You are capable of being active in different areas of our company simultaneously. Therefore, you have knowledge of various business functions and are ready to use them in a bundled manner now. You enjoy analyzing cross-departmental connections and optimizing processes. Basic technical understanding and IT knowledge are of great advantage. Organizational and leadership qualities characterize you. These include problem-solving and decision-making competence, excellent social skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. Ideally, you have basic training (EFZ) in the technical/craft area as well as further training as a technical clerk/technical or a degree from a similar higher technical college and have several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably in the watch industry.
