• 17 juillet 2026 • 100% • Temporary • Martigny In order to reinforce our pool staff team for various establishments in the canton of VALAIS, we are looking for several Pool Staff - CRS Health Auxiliaries / Nursing Assistants in EMS #### Pool Staff - CRS Health Auxiliary / Nursing Assistant in EMS / CMS M/F MISSION DESCRIPTION On these missions as CRS Health Auxiliaries / Nursing Assistants in EMS #### • You join our proactive team and are delegated to different medico-social establishments (EMS). • You provide basic care (toileting, assistance with meals, nursing). • Under the responsibility of a nurse, you accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities, taking into account the support project and their level of autonomy. • Occasional missions (or long term). • Available between 50 and 100 % EXPECTED PROFILE You must imperatively benefit from a 120-hour CRS Health Auxiliary training or a Nursing Assistant diploma. Having a sense of responsibility, your versatility and your flexibility (day/evening shifts, weekends, split shifts) will allow you to adapt to changes without difficulty. You are capable of putting your skills at the service of beneficiaries, families, and loved ones, having very good stress management and demonstrating empathy.
