HR Generalist

As a supplement to the 4-person HR team, we are looking for an organizationally strong HR Generalist, per immediate or by arrangement, who wants to help shape a company with a lot of dynamism in the long term.  HR Generalist ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Advising and supporting the line in all HR relevant matters • Maintenance of applicant management as well as recruitment of new employees in the responsible area • General personnel administration from A-Z • Interface to the payrolling team • Process optimization • Participation in and/or leadership of HR projects • Support of the approximately 15 apprentices Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial basic training with further training as an HR specialist • Min. 5 years of experience in recruitment, as an HR specialist or as an HR Generalist • Strong in implementation, independent, proactive • Efficient, precise and structured way of working • Proactive, strong communication skills, empathetic • Trustworthy, discreet and loyal • Down-to-earth and confident personality • Languages: German and English, French knowledge is an advantage • Very good user knowledge in the MS Office palette and ideally knowledge in the SAP/R3 system Opportunities and Perspectives Seize your chance now to be active in an international and dynamic environment.
