Specialist in Hotel Management and Housekeeping EFZ (100%) The Therapeutische Wohn- und Lebensgemeinschaft Wydehöfli is a family-like residential home for adults with support needs. In addition to 21 residential places, we offer diverse employment opportunities in the areas of kitchen, housekeeping, garden, wood workshop, textiles as well as catering and sales. For our housekeeping department, we are looking for an engaged and reliable personality as a Specialist in Hotel Management and Housekeeping EFZ (100%) starting October 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks You ensure the cleaning and care of living, communal, and work rooms and thus contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. You take over textile management – from washing and ironing to distributing and labeling the laundry. You ensure compliance with our hygiene and quality standards and implement them consistently. You support and coordinate housekeeping processes in everyday life. You encounter our residents with appreciation, respect, and patience. You work closely with the various specialist departments and the interdisciplinary team. You are responsible for ordering as well as the management of consumables and work materials. You take over administrative tasks in the housekeeping area.
